Excluded Countries
The company, which operates under license from the Curacao Gaming Commission, can provide services to users from all countries where this jurisdiction is recognized. However, operation is prohibited in the excluded countries. Their list includes the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France and the Dutch West Indies. On the territory of these countries, it is forbidden to bet on sports and organize casino gambling under the license of Curacao. If a user notices that a company operates in an excluded country, he can report it to the Gaming Commission. Based on the complaint, an investigation will be conducted. If there is a violation, the license can be suspended or revoked.
